1. Project Approvals & Regulatory Compliance

All real estate developments undertaken by SA Holdings, including Sofia Sapphire and 5 West located in Mumtaz City, Rawalpindi / Islamabad, are subject to regulatory oversight by the Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) and the management of Mumtaz City.

2. Unit Reservations & Booking Procedures

All property inquiries and online reservation submissions represent an expression of interest. Formal property allotment is finalized upon:

• Execution of the official Allotment Agreement and registration documentation.
• Verification of customer credentials in accordance with statutory guidelines.
• Receipt and verification of the designated down payment through official banking instruments payable to SA Holdings or designated escrow accounts.

3. Installment Schedules & Financial Terms

Payment tenures, down payment percentages, and quarterly/monthly installment timelines are detailed in the official project payment schedule issued at the time of booking. Timely payment of installments is required to maintain reservation priority and scheduled possession handover.

4. Sales Partner Representation

MRealtors.pk is the official exclusive sales and marketing partner for SA Holdings developments. Any representations, agreements, or commitments made on behalf of SA Holdings must align with official project documentation issued by SA Holdings and Mumtaz Group.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All trademarks, architectural renders, 3D floor plans, video assets, brand logos, and copy on this website are the intellectual property of SA Holdings and Mumtaz Group. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited.

6. Modifications to Website & Terms

SA Holdings reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in Islamabad / Rawalpindi.
